How does the 30-day free trial work?

Both Individual and Organization plans include a full-featured 30-day free trial directly on JetBrains Marketplace. Your team can test all features across all seats risk-free before any subscription charges occur, and you can cancel anytime.

How does billing and currency work?

All transactions, invoices, renewals, and taxes are handled directly by JetBrains Marketplace. In Europe, prices are €14/mo (single) and €20/mo (organization). In the US and international markets, billing is in USD or your local converted currency.

How do I qualify for the 5% volume discount?

When an organization orders 10 or more licenses in a single transaction on JetBrains Marketplace, the 5% discount is applied automatically during checkout.

Do I still need to pay for LLM API keys?

If you run fully local models with Ollama, there are zero additional costs. If you choose to connect cloud providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), you use your own API keys directly, with optional secret redaction enabled.

Can I transfer licenses between developers?

Yes. Commercial licenses purchased for an organization can be reassigned freely between developers via your JetBrains Account administrator dashboard.

Does the plugin send my code or telemetry?

No. IDEAgent has zero telemetry tracking. All retrieval, context engine indexing, and secret redaction run locally or within the infrastructure you control.
